By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning service, or using the DRX Cleaning Company website at www.drxcleaning.com, you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

These terms apply to all services provided by DRX Cleaning Company, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress sanitization, stain removal, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning services in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas.

Our Services

DRX Cleaning Company provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial clients in Orlando and Central Florida. All services are performed by trained, background-checked technicians using professional-grade equipment and eco-safe products.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Carpet deep cleaning (hot-water extraction)
  • Upholstery and sofa cleaning
  • Mattress sanitization with UV treatment
  • Stain and odor removal
  • Deep cleaning with UV sanitization
  • Residential and commercial carpet care

Service descriptions on our website are provided as a general guide. Actual results may vary depending on the condition, age, and type of the material being cleaned.

Important: We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Some permanent stains (such as bleach damage, dye transfer, or set-in stains from certain chemicals) may not be fully removable regardless of the cleaning method used. We will always advise you honestly before the service begins.

Scheduling & Access

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement via phone, text, WhatsApp, or our online quote form. By confirming an appointment, you agree to the following:

  • Access: You will ensure our technician has safe, unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed time.
  • Preparation: Please remove small items, fragile objects, and valuables from the areas to be cleaned before our arrival.
  • Pets: Pets should be secured in a separate area during the service for their safety and the safety of our team.
  • Adults present: A responsible adult (18+) must be present at the property for the duration of the service.
  • Parking: Please ensure a parking space is available near the entrance for our equipment van.

If our technician arrives and cannot access the property or the service cannot be performed due to circumstances within the client's control, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule with no charge. Simply call or text us at (321) 315-8595.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to $50 may apply to cover the technician's travel and scheduling costs.
  • Same-day cancellation: If you cancel on the day of service after the technician has departed, the full cancellation fee applies.
  • No-show: If no one is home at the scheduled time and we receive no prior notice, the full cancellation fee applies.
Emergencies happen. We are a family business and we handle situations case by case with empathy. If something urgent comes up, please call us as early as possible at (321) 315-8595.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Zelle and other digital payment methods (by prior arrangement)

Pricing:

  • All prices are quoted upfront before any work begins. The quoted price is the final price — we do not charge more than the agreed amount.
  • Additional services requested on the day of the appointment may be quoted and added with your approval before proceeding.
  • Prices on our website are starting rates. Final pricing depends on the size, condition, and type of material being cleaned.
No surprises. We always confirm the final price before we start work. You will never be charged more than what you agreed to.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every job we do. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours of the completed service.

Our re-clean guarantee works as follows:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the service with a description of the concern.
  • We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no additional charge.
  • The re-clean covers the same area(s) treated in the original visit. New stains or damage occurring after the original service are not covered.
  • Our guarantee does not apply to permanent stains that were disclosed as non-removable before the service began.
Our goal is simple: leave every home genuinely cleaner than we found it. If we fall short of that, we make it right — free of charge.

Limitation of Liability

DRX Cleaning Company is fully licensed and insured. We take care of your property and treat every home with the utmost respect. However, the following terms apply:

  • Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for damage to items that were already in a fragile or damaged condition prior to our arrival. We will note any pre-existing damage before beginning work.
  • Unsecured items: We are not liable for damage to items that were not removed or secured prior to our service as requested.
  • Colorfastness: Some carpets, fabrics, or dyes may react unexpectedly to cleaning agents. We perform a spot test where appropriate, but we are not liable for pre-existing dye instability.
  • Maximum liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service. Claims reported after this period may not be honored. Please inspect the cleaned areas before our technician leaves.

Safe Working Environment

DRX Cleaning Company is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our team. We reserve the right to terminate a service and leave the premises without refund if our technicians experience:

  • Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior
  • Unsafe working conditions (e.g., presence of hazardous materials)
  • Unsanitary conditions that pose a health risk to our staff
  • Presence of illegal substances or activities

We treat our clients with respect and professionalism and expect the same in return.

Intellectual Property

All content on the DRX Cleaning Company website — including text, images, logos, before-and-after photos, and design — is the property of DRX Cleaning Company and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

By sharing photos of your cleaned space on social media and tagging us, you grant DRX Cleaning Company permission to repost that content on our social media channels, with credit to you.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service provided by DRX Cleaning Company shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal requirements. The updated version will always be available on this page with the revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our services or website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
